When I opened the box to take pictures of the pen, I couldn't figure out how to open the box. My geek points dropped.  This is a fountain pen for geeks. You only need to read this FPGeeks review.

Thank you to Pengallery for donating this Delta Fusion 82 to Pens for Aid. The Delta Fusion nib has a gold overlay on top of stainless steel. Somehow, the way the two metals react to each other is meant to aid smoother writing. I always thought it was primarily the iridium shape and level of ink flow that determined that, but this looks geeky enough that I am perfectly happy to accept their explanation! This particular pen is in a pearly white material, with metal accents. It fills via cartridge or converter and is a very comfortable size. (Apparently the white version isn't released in the US, so this might be a plus point for collectors.)

The pen, in its geek-worthy box, plus secret geek goodies, will be shipped from Manila.

Please bid generously! As with all the other items, I've put the starting amount low as an encouragement. The entire amount of the winning bid will go to the Philippine Red Cross for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan. I will shoulder shipping and handling costs, and Paypal fees as well. As the auctions close and donations are sent, I will post a screengrab of the PayPal receipt as a public record.
