So, I’ve been using pliers for calligraphy lately.
I write bits and pieces. They accumulate. A phrase in a Kokuyo Campus notebook, another on 60 lb. drawing paper. Most of the phrases don’t mean anything much. “Courage begins as fear.” “Not lately.” “ABCDEFGHIJ” seems to be the most common bit. So I figure, okay, one bit plus this other bit can make – oh look, I haven’t used that laminating machine in ages, and – is that an eyelet punch? Where did I keep my eyelets? I think I’ll go to the hardware store over lunch and buy an entirely new set of Lotus pliers. And while I’m at it I’ll grab a few postcards from National Bookstore.
The small eyelet punch from the hardware store is not as good as the big eyelet punch from National Bookstore.
I have also attached laminated pieces to barrette blanks.
Not the timeliest message, I know, but these things just come out of the pens, sometimes.
